Does not work, simply
It both doesn’t work and collected a TON of personal data that the app doesn’t need to run. Sena now scrapes all your contacts. Tracks everywhere you go. Who you go with. Your social media posts and data. This is gross. Even it it didn’t drop the Bluetooth connection all the time, I would never use it.Show lessThe 1st Jeek
Junk Software and Junk Hardware
I have owned four different Sena models. The 50 series units have very serious hardware issues (check the forums) that have not been resolved since their release. The configuration and setup has always been painful. The menu systems are overly complicated. The controls are complicated. Pairing more than two headsets takes hours. Pairing dissimilar models is nearly impossible. Their software is poorly written and complicated.Show lessDiadumenianus
Impulse helmet unable to connect to wifi
I am trying to connect my impulse headset to home wifi for firmware updates. The program connects to the helmet but is not able to see any wifi networks. There’s also an issue where the app constantly disconnects from the bluetooth of the helmetSqueakersc063
Permissions
You can’t use this app without giving permissions to your music AND camera! The story they give is ridiculous. I wish I could return this because I didn’t know I had to let their software have access to my camera.DuckInTheAir
Simply doesn’t work
The app keeps trying to connect even though the SRL2 headset is. So you never get a chance to even try any of the featuresWayneo_62
Fur coat, no knickers
Needed a helmet mic. Treated myself to the new and very expensive 50C.
Having never had a helmet mic, the instructions are woefully lacking. It reads as though they assume everyone is upgrading and used to their tech.
The only instructions in the box are to download the app. The app is very poor for a newbie looking to simply connect to wifi and enjoy the product.

Connects via Bluetooth used once and seemed pretty good. Came out of app and when next used it connected to phone but you can’t bypass the initial screen to use it. Would of thought it would have been better for the cost of the product. I have a 50S50s headset
