Loved the idea, but felt too clunky to stay
Using the app, it had all the basic functionality of a standard banking service. I started to become put off with some small details that made me feel a bit uneasy. For example, you needed to submit a photo ID and a picture to transfer money out to another bank account - I’ve never had to do this before and was concerned that my money was stranded in this account. Additionally, the interest earned on the account didn’t always seem to land at regular intervals, leaving me wondering if it was going to land at all. When I inquired to customer service, the representative addressed me by an entirely different name and answered only half of my questions.
I ended up transferring my money out and closing the account. I would love to come back once the application and service is a bit more mature and reliable. Overall, great idea, but the execution could be improved to promote customer trust.
