So I enjoyed playing this game with my wife daily and played every event and even put a small amount of cash In the game. So during one of the events recently I noticed that you could replay the event and keep gathering summon stones. I was like cool they are allowing people to get more stones during it. So I spent a whole day on the game playing g and gathering. Next day I log on and it told me that my account was banned for breach of the policy. Went to the Facebook page and seen it was a glitch and they are banning people for using it. No warning was given to me just banned. During the whole day I was playing they didn’t put out a notice saying there was a glitch and that we should not keep playing the event. I for one will not play this game anymore or waste my time or money.
DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME THEY WILL BAN YOUR ACCOUNT FOR ANY MISTAKE THEY DO IF YOU DONT SPEND ENOUGH MONEY ON THE GAME..
Greedy game only wants money.
Update, developers wrote under this post to contact the support… Did this and was told they couldn’t undo the deletion but would give me some extra gold for starting a new game. For 10 draws it’s 1500 gold and you might get lucky (when I say might like 1 out of every 5 10s get some shards for a main character, which you need 15 to unlock) to draw some shards. No thank you I don’t want gold I want my account back that I had spent playing on since the game was released.
