Entertaining Game with bad Devs

Overtime the game has become more enjoyable and smoother. The addition of more characters, events, more story has made the game more entertaining! Every new update has improved the gameplay and mechanics!

Bait and switch
Also, games becomes unbelievably redundant once you got the paywall. And this biggest discouragement from spending money is the insanely HORRIBLE odds of obtaining anything of value from your purchase. So basically you either need to spend $100s for loads of chances to MAYBE get something of worth or spend months playing same levels to earn resources that SLOWLY strengthen you to advance to next level were you then have to repeat the $100s and redundant game play for MONTHS just to achieve the next level.. VERY BAD BUSINESS MODEL.
Wish the game would encourage spending money based from having fun instead of bullying.

Zynga is ruining the game
I won an event but didn’t get a legendary gear piece I was supposed to (winning the event is the only way you can get them). Support said they said they’d fix it at first, but gave no time frame. It’s been weeks and nothing. Their responses now are basically “we’ll let the team know”.
One of our alliance members won every tier of an event and didn’t get rewards he was supposed to, and support wouldn’t do anything, so he quit. I’ve spent a good amount on the game but I’m done. You’ll spend money/time leveling a character only for them to nerf them and make them unusable. If you have an issue, support will do nothing. Everything they’ve done to “improve the game” has only been to make more money and it’s only going to get worse.
