I do still believe they needed more testing before releasing to the public. However, they have made strides to correct issues and seem to listen to the community about concerns. It is a very fun and addicting game. It is a cash grab, but F2P players can still have fun and move at a much slower pace. Just know you will reach a point where you are power locked by whales until you unlock more shards to upgrade or gain more powerful champions. The summoning system definitely needs some balancing love. Currently you need to horde at least 9 tokens before summoning to make it worth your while as this seems to be a higher success of getting the legendary and epic shards in lucky pulls. Also I don’t know how they come up with the % of value on their adds, but the falsely advertise and lead people to think they are getting a great deal then release another offer that severely contradicts the first offer. I would highly advise completely ignoring these ads. Currently only the gold road pass is worth buying.
They sold packs for a new character “Alicent Hightower” she was the best healer in the game. After the sale ended and players had spent hundreds chasing her, the developers changed her powers making her now the single worst healer in the game. Weaker then even most common characters. Total bait and switch.
The Developers made some positive moves in the past week so I’ve changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars. First they gave Alicent a small buff so she is at least no longer useless. I still think her healing should be buffed a bit more but it’s a start. They also improved chapter rewords which initially mean that those who have already completed those chapters missed out. The Devs then did the right thing and sent those extra rewards out to everyone who already completed those chapters.
The Devs and the players would benefit greatly from a player liaison. Someone who could communicate the intent behind changes, let the players know when the devs see a problem and are working on a change, and communicate the games overall direction. This would alleviate much of the player base frustration.

Have a good day.The balance is off, it’s nearly impossible to get certain champions, others come alongside a money pit. The “sales” are too pricey, especially if it’s for for a slight possibility gamble. I’ve won prizes that I have never received- like a legendary character I spent $$$ on for a few rounds of shards and I go back find I need 5 more shards once again- or every time I win 3 extra legendary assault energy, but it never goes in my inventory or gets tacked on to my current energy- so it is kind of a let down when you have that happen.
Aside some of those issues, this game can be a fun time passer with characters many of us love. There are a lot of things that need to be worked on and some to be added. I’m positive that the potential can exceed expectations so I’m hoping that someone takes advantage of that while the original folk are still playing! We all have ideas!
Or give workers more storage. The differential is on the storage and how much they farm is odd. I understand upgrade caps, but it’s just off at the moment. Early is fast, mid game is very very pointless. Progression dies down and it gets boring. Leveling up goes to 3 levels every 12 hours basically and the dragon conquest is glitched and doesn’t give rewards. And even the rewards aren’t worth enough.
BUT I am addicted and I love this game. The challenge picks up so I do understand the slower leveling. It has everything you want. And I love I can afk sometimes just to level (which is nice coming from an osrs player)
Get the game. It’s worth your time if you’re ever bored. Brainless but still stimulating enough to satisfy your need for progression.
I really enjoy this game but when I switched phones I didn’t say my account to a email because most games it automatically saves to your profile. I had to contact them to try and get my account back. I spent 4 days trying to talk to them just for them to say looks like you’re out of luck. I had spent money on this game and when I asked for something to compensate since I just lost everything and it wasn’t my fault. They said they won’t. I talked to someone who was trying to contact them about getting the kings reward since it never appeared for them but it appeared for everybody else in our house. All they said was how to collect it even though it wasn’t there. They never helped him get it. So their customer service is completely unreliable and pointless.

Add in the mechanics of the game (typical for this type) with the algorithm determining what tiles you need and giving you everything but that as well as miscalculating damage. Also seems the dev team does not want feedback as there is NO in game feedback mechanism. Seems they think the game is already perfect yet they e completely screwed up the GoT universe with the power and skills given to the characters. Horrible. Lastly, the number of non main characters that are utilized is simply assinine. Like “villager 4” is wanted or needed…wait let me grab my chicken to beat you with it. Way too many junk characters. Just not a good design of the game overall.

The game is fun and a simple match jewel game.
The problem is every time you open the app it hits you with three adds that ask for your money to unlock content. Most of the content consists of legendary shards to unlock the legendary characters from the show and to say it’s expensive is to use the word lightly.
If like me you want to see the game before dropping cash then you need to know you’ll never naturally pull these characters even if you save your shards for the max pull. All you end up with is the common characters and there are so many that you’ll just end up with lots of level two useless characters.
This pretty much caps you out and you are left doing the same levels every day.
So sad I deleted the game and moved on to something else!!! Had so much potential but again greedy developers want your money more than providing a fun experience

I’ve been playing for over a month now, and while my love of GoT is what drew me in, this was released entirely to early as the balancing in it is horrendous. While the developer is making changes here and there, that is only affecting the players who join going forward. They have neglected to address the founding player base who have already completed these tasks and received lackluster rewards. This has upset a lot of their founding player base, which is never good in a game looking to be successful. Just google or search on Reddit to see what I mean. This is by all means a gacha game f2p/ptw. But any game worth their weight, addresses changes to the entire playerbase, not just reward those who join now. I’ve spent money in this game, but honestly the way this developer is making decisions will likely lead to me deleting the game entirely. I have plenty of other Game of Thrones games I enjoy playing, this was more or less just fun to pass the time with. But, there are so many other gacha games that are just as fun and have been implemented better. Such a shame as this game has a ton of potential, just wish it was released by a different developer who cares about all of their player base and not just taking in the $$$.
The game is fun and a great game, however the whole system of summoning is horrible. I’ve been playing for a little while now and yes you get a couple of decent pulls when you first start but then nothing. You either have to pay for characters or tokens for summoning. All about money. Then when you do summon, I’ve done it a few hundred times you only get the junk guys. Even if you do get a good one, you only get 3 or 5 so you need to get multiple to acually get the character to use. That is my only complaint but it is huge.
