Do not bank with dahabshiil

They have the worst customer service to ever exist, their staff are soo discriminate to somalis from aboard. I was in their building for 5 hours trying to open up a bank and left unsatisfied and was told to come back tomorrow morning. What a waste of time and day.

That one problem

California is not included in the states option. Pls add them asap

Slow

Good app but mad slow, when you send money the receiver will wait almost the whole day to receive it, not good if you sending fund’s for an emergency purpose, otherwise it’s good.

Verification Process

They take more than a week to verify and I have been using dahabshiil hawala I mean at one of their branch , it seems am getting this 24 notice but unfortunately there is none

I tried sending money to Mogadishu, keeps saying the pick-up points are only in Somaliland (thought this was still Somalia! Confused much) it doesn’t recognise the mobile number I am sending too. Please sort out this issue. I have money sitting in my account and I can’t use it!

Easy to use

It is very easy to register my account and all the details were straightforward and it had a step-by-step process which I enjoyed following very easy to add contacts and recipients very easy to add funds to your balance runs quite smooth I will definitely be using this app as my main app for money transfers and savings account.
