So glitchy & can't view shifts
I have to use the website every time since the app rarely shows any information accurately..

Worse than the first app
The old app was much easier to use than this new one. For the most part things are relatively similar, but the new schedule layout is downright terrible. They should have kept the weekly view from the first app. If you book off multiple days, the book off page only shows the first day that was booked off, which is pretty confusing. Plus you can’t delete book offs anymore. As for shift shop, it seems to function the same for me, but my manager said that their view of it is much more complicated than it should be. Overall this app is useable, but is lacking a lot of great features from the first app.

This new app is not manager friendly. Missing full calendar option when looking at the schedule
The old app was better
The new app you cannot view the next week’s schedule until the next week starts. And you cannot view the whole week’s schedule on one page. The old features should have been included in the new version. I hope they change this app for the better

We already had the app and then they changed it and now when you go into the app it says oh you have to download our new one and even though you do this it still happens every time you open the app. It would be nice to open the app and just be on the app not bounced around all over the place.
Needs improvement
I don’t find it manager user friendly. Scheduling is ok, reviewing a team members end time was easier as it was visible. This new version there is no scheduled end time to manage labour for cutting my team.
If the old app features where added to the newer look of this one I’d appreciate it more. Now it’s just a headache.

New ameego
I can not see future schedules that have been made. My co workers can. I am a manger status. A co worker showed me hers and she can see the future schedules. On the old app I can.

Needs Change
Two main functions I’ve used on the previous version of the app is seeing a full roster schedule so I know who is free to take a shift, now it only shows whose working. And it doesn’t display any notes so as a server I don’t know if there are reservations for the days or events. Needs to be fixed the way the previous app was asap.
