A New way to invest!
I was looking for an alternative to the traditional investing companies and think I’ve found it. Domain allows me to invest on my own or invest in a strategy assembled by their impressive investment team. I’ve communicated with 3 different customer support agents and they all know their stuff. They seem to be in close communication with the product team which makes me think even though fidelity, vanguard , etc. have had a 50 year head start, DM is actually building their company for the future, not the past (and actually listen to their customers). There are so many options when looking to invest into stocks or crypto via apps, I felt overwhelmed.
I was shown Domain Money by a friend who was pleased with their portfolio options. After interacting with support, using the app and seeing the portfolios, I am very pleased.
I no longer feel overwhelmed but have a great sense of anticipation while I read through their education section of the website.

So I’d like to say I’m not the greatest with money but I am extremely confident in my experience with financial apps/accounts. It’s extremely rare to find a company that has customer service with power. That power is not over delivering or under deliver promises. They are almost on your side & the only way a customer service can be on your side is if they work for a good company. I like how the conversations you have stay active. When you contact customer service your message stays in the app like a text message then it emails you as well the conversation then when they respond they can send screenshots, links etc. it makes them understanding you and you understanding them much easier & at lightning speed.
This is maybe the 2nd time in my life where I was happy talking to customer service bc I learned something new I can go back & follow steps & they stuck by the words they said. So far the app is clean, simple and easy on the eyes. They show you the roadmap with learning. They stand out compared to other companies. So far so good. I will update as the years go on. I hope to grow with this company & you should give them a try bc like I said I know a good system when I see it.Show lesshellofreshbean

You know when you use a product and it just works. So much of crypto is just nonsense and confusing. This is the opposite of that. It’s clear, intelligent and cool. I love their portfolios. I messed around trying to choose different coins on Coinbase and realized I didn’t know what I was really doing. This makes me feel like I do. I love Domain Money!Show lesssuperduperellie

Great app. Use it mainly for crypto. DM has made it so easy to buy/sell. I use Edge, a mini mutual fund of 11 crypto currencies. Auto invest $$$/week. So far I am up. Helps me diversify my assets. Good luck.andrea and anita
Great platform with a lot of potential
For disclosure, I have a couple thousand dollars in Domain Money. I have a financial advisor, and do my own meme-stock trading through a broker, but to diversify and get into crypto, I use both Gemini & Domain Money.
Pros:
- Managed portfolios are great. Domain Edge and Domain Metaverse are my favorite. Looking forward to seeing the performance over the next two years. Domain Edge can be bought 24/7, and it appears that your order will go through as soon as your deposit clears.
- Can’t wait for the Borrowing (Margin)/ Earning (lending)/Spend (credit card) accounts to be released. Please get these products out ASAP!
- Clean UI, easy to use, can buy stocks/crypto/portfolios all-in one.
- Reoccuring buys
Cons:
- Overly optimistic deadlines. We were supposed to get crypto withdrawals in February, they still haven’t arrived and it’s nearly April.
- No insurance or guarantee on crypto assets (like all other exchanges). Custodian is best-in-class via Gemini, but if DM’s security/risk team is lacking, it could result in the loss of assets for customers (who would be the ones holding the bag).
Overall, the team is industry-leading, with vets from Goldman Sachs and other big companies. Hoping Adam Dell continues with the push to improve the platform and release new features.
