Great idea???
App is great! So easy and very quick to learn. But only request I have is there anyway we can add something to be able to track milage and inventory ?

Parent company requires us to use this app. We’ve been working through it all day. Just isn’t deigned around a construction business. Since it’s trying to be everything for every business it’s way to bloated and cumbersome. We could literally eliminate 70% of the features that don’t pertain to our business and requires us to do triple the amount of steps as our old app. And it lacks a few things we need.
For instance, I cannot take pictures from inside the app to upload to our servers
I have to open the camera take a picture the use the app to search the phone to find the picture. Do this for every picture it takes too much time. Corporate really screwed up switching to this instead of paying someone to build one specifically for us.

Great App if your looking to grow and streamline your process !
Customer service go’s above and beyond. Not complicated to learn. If your starting a franchise they have you covered very cost effectively. I highly recommend !

Was good till the update
Was doing good till the latest update. When I click on an address to navigate it brings up a white screen. Please fix
Poor Customer Service and software
Software has many bugs. Always crashing and losing customer data. Support team never responds and offers any help. For the inflated price they charge it is not worth it. Many other great software system out there. I would recommend Housecall Pro or Jobber over FieldPulse. I should have known not to use this software when I had to beg their sales team to setup a demo. They always made meetings then cancelled them with no notice or explanation. It was as if I was too small of a business for them to care. MAJOR red flag I should have listened to.

Let down.
As far as I can tell, this app doesn’t work very well at all. Freezes on push notifications screen now, every time. But even before, when it did work, not nearly as maneuverable as advertised.
To developer
App is pretty good but I have a couple of things to recommend. One being auto correct, sometimes autocorrect doesn’t work and it will autocorrect to a word that not even English. Secondly, my techs and feel that comments and field notes should be editable. There are times where we need to edit our notes for spelling and or grammar mistakes. Also, there are times when I need to edit a comment if there was additional scopes of work performed on that same day. PLEASE help us out and make this available in the next update.

Customer support is spot on!
They definitely have a contractor on staff who is navigating the software engineers. Seem to have overcome many of the limitations that other software packages have. Plus it can keep up with how fast I can click my mouse, that’s a huge benefit!
