Unethical and predatory behavior
I went for a second to just grab my food, which I ordered online. It honestly took me half a minute to pick it up, since I paid online. I come back and find a ticket on my car. I don’t understand how this company is still functioning in the Kingdom. They’re criminalsAnonymous961996
Does not work
Paid and got charged for the parking on my credit card but the parking didn’t process on the app. Had to pay it manually at the parking meter so had to pay for my parking twice. Thanks Thaki!yenhui24
Poor App
Poor App and opportunistic staff pouncing on the chance to cite someone. In the app, the Screen goes blank when selecting the car so cannot proceed.Mjjoood

Sends Traffic Violations unrelated to your car
I received a fine on a car that just has same manufacturer and type but different license number and color .. asking me to pay a fine .. and i have a feeling its in a different city

Stupid Solution
I don’t who called it “Thaki” which is supposed to be “smart” but this called “smart” app is stupidly charging more than the traditional station. Please go and learn from Dubai and how they properly manage parking. They don’t listen to customer feedback on fines issued regardless of your reasons. I sent them many messages and they totally ignored them. Very poor service.Omar_Aziz_2019
التحيز في تطبيق النظام
تطبيق فاشل. يوجد جنبي في الموقف شخص غير سعودي. سالت الموظف ليه متخالفة معاي يقول مالك صلاح ،ثمن يقول تتقبل احد يخالفك اجل ليه تتقبل عليه ان نخالفه ثمن يقول عليك من نفسك مالك صلاح بالاخرين علمنا ان الطرف الاخر من نفس الجنسية على ما اعتقد من الشكل .يزد مشل الظفيري

DO NOT PARK ANYWHERE THAT USES THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCAM YOU OF PARKING. You might have already paid but the parking enforcement will still issue a ticket expecting you to pay. If you explain your case on why they are wrong (most of the time they are WRONG), you will get charged another fee at the discretion of the parking authority (I assume they pocket this money).KarenNApple

اكذب شركة على وجه الارض ، تدفع رسوم على الموقع وتجي سيارتك تلقاها مكلبشه ويألف لك مخالفه قبل خمس سنين يقول ماسددتها وتدفع ٢٣٠ ريال عشان تفك الكلبش من السيارة
