Doesn’t work. Many people just pay with coins at the parking machine. These kind of apps have killed the central shopping streets. I seriously avoid shopping in person due to the parking violations one is expected to get. I have parked in many European and American cities but here they make it complicated and fine you.dr4a
They don’t issue a refund or cancel a fine!
It is a stupid system that they have. I had a mistake in one letter and they issued me a fine. I explained the mistake and asked for cancellation for the fine which should be available and simpler than this. They basically said it was my fault and i have to pay a fine for a parking i paid for!!!!! It is just not fair and stupid app! I should stick with getting a paper from the machine and never use the appOm tuta

Bad application
3 Reasons makes it the worst car parking systems in Saudi I would give them no star at all
1- the app is not connected with the meter box in the parking area as one cloud as I got violation ticket even I did paid the parking ticket the systems didn’t show them That I paid instead it helped them to issue violation
2- you have to purchase unnecessary high price packages if you want to use the app to pay and the funniest part it has expiration dates
3- 3Days to reply on WhatsApp business auto reply and they are not helpful and not useful nor for solving issue or taking new suggestion and feedbackj added sks

App takes money and doesn’t allow parking
Probably the worst app I have ever used. They keep charging money but they don’t facilitate parking. Whenever I select my car plate it goes to a blank screen and nothing happens. Terrible service and terrible app.Silver Friday
