  • Wow!!!! Freaking Terrible!!!!

    Unfair slot play!! Games are ridiculously stingy! Need to wait 50 or so spins just to get over a buck. So unfair!! But then again this is developed by Fanduel who are reputable cheats! Don’t waste your time playing here. Just visit actual casino preferably Foxwoods in C T. Stay far away from Mohegan Sun. The worst payouts!! Considering filling a compliant as this is beyond bad!!!!! Games are all manipulated to payout bare minimal. If you do miraculously hit for 50 or 100 bucks. Cash out immediately!!!!! There is no momentum and games don’t get or stay hot. So you’ll go many many many many many many spins without getting over a buck! Spins are not random they’re too controlled. DO NOT PLAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Stick with the live dealer games

    Decent promotions, used to be much better but now they are hit or miss. Stick with the live dealer games, the computer blackjack and craps algorithm have not been lucky and do not seem to reflect the RTP stated. Overall good app, have fixed bug issues that were occurring earlier in the year. I wish they would give more promos where you play a certain amount and they give casino credits. They used to have these regularly last year but have stopped recently.

  • Zero communication!

    I’ve been playing this app for a few months now. I have not had an issue with my withdrawals from Mohegan to my bank acct up until now. I made two different withdrawals from my Mohegan acct to my bank after winning and got emails confirming this, but the money never made it to my account (never had this issue before.) I reached out to Fanduel and they told me to contact my bank. I did this and my bank confirmed nothing was deposited into my acct, and since they have no record of this they can’t dispute anything. I reached back to Fanduel again and have not gotten a response. It’s been a week.

  • Young people stay away!!!

    Every older person I know (45+) years of always tend to hit big ($5k+) but I bet the same exact amount on the same games or different ones and sometimes even higher bets than the older people without ever hitting something good. Same deal for 2 of my buddies. (We’re 22-25 years old). We often walk away from the app down a couple hundreds and feeling like we’ve been robbed. I’m closing in on 50k worth of bets without ever hitting something exciting. Where’s the fun in that Mohegan/fanduel?!?! Do I really have no choice but to wait until I’m my parents age to finally have some fun on the app???

    Hi, I would just like to say that this isn’t a bitter review. This is more so in my opinion factual review I’ve been playing this app for quite some time now I’ve deleted it close the account and against my better judgment I reopen the app. I play one certain slot machine game here and it is a atrocious. It is beyond belief on how the win loss ratio works to play anything over one dollar is asking to lose more than what you plan to lose. I play a dominant of $.20-$.80 at two cents per spin and what I’ve noticed is that bonus playing does not come around at all it’s always too symbols and you need three always two symbols in order to win, a little something back you will have to be willing to lose 18 consecutive spins to win cent or six cent. I kid you not I’ve reached out multiple times to customer service and receive the same answers. There’s nothing wrong on our end. This is horrible. save your money and don’t download.

  • Time to go! - update - I’m back

    Horrible customer service and many rude dealers. They can screw up, cancel your bets and not pay you with no accountability. After what happened to me shows that they can have their dealers intentionally mess up to avoid a larger payout. Contact customer service and they will throw up their hands and not fix a wrong. App itself if buggy on live dealing. The odds are stacked even further against you than a real casino.

    Update - customer support finally corrected the error after I filed out a “how did we do” email. I took a few weeks but they did the correct thing and credited me. Thank you!

  • Last 45 days have been an atrocity

    I have had nothing but problems with this app in the last 45-60 days. Current issue is ZERO of the games will open and I get an error. I updated to the latest versions of software on my phone and the app and it does not help. Recent problems were I got screwed out of $10 in free play when the promotion was for $20. I would claim the $20 in a different promotion where you had to use one of three specific games. They never worked so I missed out. Takes multiple days to get an email from a “different team” IF the email comes at all. Would rate zero stars if I could. I’m sure I’ll get the automated reply saying “we’re sorry…..contact us on Twitter.”

    Been playing on Mohegan for several years now and I usually lose to the house but had fun doing so. it’s entertainment and it’s fun. They started this new thing recently where they tell you you’re not human and hold this button because you’ve shut off tracking on your browser while on the Phone app with NO browser -there’s no way I shut off whatever they claim, but ever since that kicked in I go from losing $1000 a month to $3000 a month and NOTHING pays out even 10 % of my bet. Whatever algorithm they’re using to claim you’re not human while using their own App Store app is ridiculous. If I was using something I would’ve won or been ahead a single month. Never once have I won more than I lost. So I find that offensive but honestly, we just spent $1000 playing the features and not once on the features that cost $100. Did they ever pay out more than 10% of what you actually put in. Put in 100 you will only get back 10 bucks if you’re lucky All these changes have just turned it into the broken dryer method. You just keep loading money and nothing happens. The player has to win once in a blue moon. But again, if they’re gonna justify the non-randon non stop losses they’ll just create a trial of saying their own app behaved like a script so they had to check if you were even human. Ridiculous.
