As a resident of Connecticut and one proximal to the two casinos I generally have nothing but high regards for both of them. Going there I always have a good time but their online casino in particular is unacceptable. They crash and are off-line way too often. Right now they’re down and let’s not mention when their sports book was down on the Saturday of the nfl divisional semifinal match up. That’s just bad. They will take it from any bank but have a very limited number of banks they will electronically transfer winnings to. Requesting a check takes forever. There are four of us that have tried to authenticate ourselves through Mohegan and we have failed. We all have authenticated easily with Foxwoods and in fact one person had the same exact questions that passed Foxwoods but failed under Mohegan. It appears that they are not authenticating everyone during their guarantee thousand dollars. We won’t try again and we will no longer visit the casino in person. If it was one person but four people from four different families all approved by Foxwoods all rejected by Mohegan with the same questions virtually.
