Fan duel is the worst
It’s sad cuz I love Mohegan but fanduel is the absolute worst. I won 1650 on the website and usually the withdrawals are instant. So 2 days pass and I still did t get the money so I chat them and say I have my mortgage coming out on Friday and I won on Wednesday and still haven’t gotten the money. They say I shouldn’t be gambling with my money that’s for food or bills. First off I wasn’t second off it’s non of your business what I do with my money. Absolute Garbage
This app is trash. They offer promos, but when you try to claim them, they are not issued to you. Their customer support is absolute garbage. I’ve wagered $1.5 million dollars on DraftKings so far this year with no issues. Don’t waste your time with fanduel or Mohegan. Draft kings actually gives promotions that make it worth your time. Also, DraftKings has lower table limits for games like live dealer baccarat and blackjack. They’ve given me the opportunity to earn $1,500 in bonus credits in the last two days alone. Long time gambler here, short time using this App(less than a month). A notfication appeared on my phone stating a deposit deal of "Get a 100% up to $500 Deposit Offer Bonus.." I thought it'd be a good deal and I looked through the in-app notifications, promotions section, and email... nothing. Thought, okay maybe a mistake. Then another notification 3 days later stating "Time is running out..." for the same offer. Checked the same things, nothing. Confused, reached out the the customer service reps. which seemed like they were helpful, but failed to elevate my case until after a week.
Then they simply state the offer is expired.. well yes, of course it would be expired since they neglegently delayed over a week to assist my situation.
Customer service needs to overhall a re-training on professionalism and courtesy. I'm honestly not even upset I can't use their bonus offer. I'm disappointed in FanDuel and any Application that utilizes them as they do the bare minimum and delay then "hang up" when you still had questions. If a customer service "Agent" emailed me stating it was an error within the first 24hrs I probably would be less upset, and if they floated me a smaller deal to smooth over a "misunderstanding" then honestly that would have made me stay with this App. But because the situation played out this way, no I will avoid using any FanDuel poducts in the future and so should every other individual.Show lesstanker rick

This first part is just a part of personal experience the rest is for everyone. But for started i had gotten locked out of my account then it got suspended. They unsuspended my account almost 24 hours later and gave no compensation or anything for the time that i wasn’t eligible to play for. Blackjack is the biggest scam they have. I can promise any high bet you do is guaranteed to lose expect for one out of approximately 17 high ones. If you do low ones you will win ever at least 1-7 turns guaranteed. Most computer based gaming is based on algorithms due to the fact that it is a programmed system. This isn’t in dealer favor either. I’ve lost over 1k in one day and if i went to the casino I’d make my usual 5k. Never using any “casino”app again these are just scams for your money unless your playing under $1 draws up to about $50-$100 of your profit Gain. I hope everyone reads this that plans on downloading this app specifically and does rethink to relocate to draftkings. I would relax and play sometime I win sometimes I lose . But it was convenient for me, cause I can’t make it to the casino. Recently I was playing a game I won 50$ and soon I saw it the game cut off . I contacted support and they couldn’t locate it . Since complaining about the game which I loved , I haven’t won anything , off the game. I have proof of the shut off as I started to screen record anytime I am playing if you win over $25, the game started to freeze and will cut off while the wheel was spinning.

I had a lot of luck and fun with this app when I used it. Won some really nice money in my near two year span of play, including a 94.5:1 and 617:1 slot win. Both occurred during decent return rate bet and get promotions; 25/5 and 50/10. On both days, I didn't even play through the promotional amount. Only time i win some money is with the bonus cash & your only winning a few dollars then. Blackjack i lose about 80% of the time every time. How is that fair? They say eveything is random. So randomly lose all the time. Be nice to win once & awhile. It would help them in the long run. I just played & lost around 80% of my hands for over 20 mins 🤣🤣🤣 that’s almost impossible & you say the sight is fare?!?! It’s fixed bc after 10 hands you’ll know whether you can win or not. i will switch blackjack games. I play 4 of them. If i lose on the first one i end up losing on all 4. Worse app ever I lost my job over a month ago so I decided to download the app to get couple of dollars for any extra stuff I needed money for I seen it was taking a while to even accept me to get 40$ I made I started asking about the payment then the costumer service put as if I had a gambling problem and they suspended my account for no reason I spoke to them and they didnt make it any better they suspended my account for 12 months for no real reason and they asked me to send them my PayPal email I did and they told me my state doesn’t do PayPal but the app is from the casino from the state I’m at they made it super difficult for me I do not recommend to anyone unless you want to waste your timeShow lessYng_mita

You win free spins, it starts freezes up, you come back and they gave you 3$ and spins are gone. Constantly throws you off. Constantly takes your winnings or takes 24 hours to deposit 26$ into your bank account.
