MOST AGGRAVATING, AND I’M NOT TALKING ABOUT WINNINGS!!
Never in my life would I have guessed that an app would cause me to get filled with so much Anger. I don’t expect many to believe me, for this seems hard to believe. All I did was download the app and start to create my login. However, going on two weeks- It still won’t let me complete my login because it keeps claiming that no matter what address I put in it’s always incorrect. Then there’s nobody you can directly call for help so you have to keep constantly waiting and waiting in line with Their HORRIBLE message system!! Sometimes you even end up 70th Place waiting in line, It tells you! That long just for somebody to help you. Getting fed up day by day, Within two weeks I ended up messaging a total of NINE of the representatives. I did EVERYTHING that they all told me, INCLUDING- one told me to call an agency to see what address they have on file for me!! But yet NOTHING would work!! Don’t waste your money
You know you will always lose on casinos but it’s Fun to play. I used to win on diamonds app until they changed it none of the numbers line up and u do not win. They changed it where u end up losing your money. They also keep withdrawing out of your account multiply times and u didn’t even play the money. It lasso takes them a very long time to deposit the money. If u don’t see your numbers aligning on a spin these apps are programmed so you lose. DraftKings has a better range of games to play, better promotions and I actually win on DraftKings unlike this app. I just put $75 in tried multiple slots not doing large bets and I lost it all with only winning small amounts like 8¢ a few times.DrippyK860

So I used to really like this online casino and we do go to Mohegan Sun quite often so it is nice that you get the points for stays and such. HOWEVER, I recently opted into a promo to wager a 100 and get 150 in casino credits. I have never had any issues with this casino before. Except maybe that they don’t pay out anywhere near as well as DraftKings does. So anyway, I opt in, wafer somewhere around 150 (I got the notification while playing). So naturally, I keep playing. When I’m done I check the promo, and it states it’s been played through 0%. So I got ahold of customer service. I get an email hours later stating there having issues with CT users using the promo and playing on iOS. Since then, nothing. I have reached out to customer service multiple times. No answer. I even had a “agent” end the chat when I explained I’ve reached out multiple times. If they’d just check my play history, they’d see it was moooore than sufficiently played through and I am entitled to the credit. Anyway, long story short, be cautious! I’ve spent easily 3,000-3,500 on the app, winning maybe 1,000 the whole time. The least they could do is give me the credit I am owed. I guess not. Go on Draft Kings if you really want to play, MUCH better pay offs, just takes longer to get your money. GAMBLERS BEWARE!Show lessHeather Ju88

They are ripping people off, obstructing withdrawals and turning into a deposit only platform right before our eyes. YOU CANNOT WITHDRAW.
