I sent my first transaction on the 21st. They promised 3 to 4 banking days. The money came out of my account the very same day now it is the 27th. I have no updates and I have called them repeatedly. They apologize profusely, but there is no moneywhere it should be. They have had it in their bank in California now for six days now I have to wonder whether or not they have stolen my $300.

Staff was professional and courteous but really couldn’t address my concern. I was having trouble sending a transaction, they tried but all they could say was it was my bank wasn’t supported that I need to change banks. I tried it again after a day and it worked on the same bank. My bank was a Credit Union.
