  • One 3rd attempt gave up

    Took scans of an 8 page document and it lost it three times. Signed up for a 3 day trial to renew, but it just does not work and I am giving up. It used to work well in the past.

  • Charged after free trial

    The app charged me after I clicked free trial. It said I was going to be given a 3 day free trial and that I can cancel at any time, but after clicking that I noticed a charge on my credit card immediately.

  • Scam

    I downloaded this app and it stated I would receive a 3 day free trial to try the scanner app. I was charged over 60 dollars right away. This is fake marketing and is actually stealing. Very upset I am out 60 dollars for an app I didn’t even get to use. Have not received a refund, an apology, or anything. Avoid and do not download!!!

  • Do not purchase.

    Free trial they still charge you even if you unsubscribe 5 minutes later. The quality of the scan was not good and now they have charged me even though I unsubscribes less then 10 minutes later!

  • Where are the scanned photos stored???

    This is not user friendly at all for an app that is $52 a year.

  • Beware Scam

    This app has two buttons one that says Try Free and Subscribe and one that has a buy option. When I hit try free and subscribe, it charged me almost $60.

    They tell you to apply to get a refund from Apple. But Apple won’t honour the refund. Beware! It’s a scam. They will reply to this review with very pleasant ‘oh please make it apples problem and not ours’ rhetoric. But that’s a lie. They will not refund you and neither will Apple.

    And to the developers. Refund people their money you criminals. I’m going to do everything in my power to end your app on this store and get these people their money back.

If you choose to subscribe for a year, we offer some options of 3-day for a free trial, and there will be no charge unless you cancel the trial after 2 days. While we are here to help you in any way we can, unfortunately, subscriptions and refunds are not handled by us, but by Apple, and therefore are unable to assist you with a refund.   • IS THIS A SCAM?

    I downloaded the app trying to find a good scanner for documents for work. I don’t like it so I tried to cancel in my subscriptions list and the cancel button won’t cancel it.
