  • Charged before the end of free trial

    Do not take the free trial unless you’re sure you want the premium. I cancelled the day before the end and they had already charged me.

    Hello. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Per Apple's policy, payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current term. Unfortunately, we do not handle subscription payments or payment processing and therefore are unable to assist you with a refund. However, if you contact the App Store they may be able to assist you further. We hope this has been helpful.
  • Not worth it

    Not worth the 3 day free trial. Not even close to user friendly.

  • Keeps charging me after it says free trail.

    Keep getting charged for the free trial. Also n it as simple to use as it once was.

    Hello! Thank you for the inconvenience. If you are a first-user, we offer some options of 3-day for a free trial, and there will be no charge unless you cancel the trial after 2 days. You can cancel your subscription by yourself at the Apple ID page.If you have any questions which need our support, please feel free to let us know, we will optimize it.
  • Unable to email

    This app was very hard to use and you are unable to email as the feature didn’t work… wasn’t even able to submit (send) the review!

    Did they actually try it? It’s awful app, took me forever take 1 page and never happened to do the 2nd 1. 🤦‍♀️ garbage

You may have tried to subscribe to the free trial of premium version. If you cancel it during the trial period, it will not deduct the fee.   • Worst app

    This is the worst app I’ve ever downloaded 10 pages and it kicks you out and you have to start over. I started over three times would rate it zero stars.
