I book in advance every time at least 6 hours and there always 30 MINUTES LATE!!! it’s extremely frustrating, even when I book them 30 minutes early they somehow STILL end up being 29 minutes late… it’s a joke.Big Coelacanth

No way to cancel or do anything else on the app while a cab is booked / searching

Poor service
Pre booked a taxi 4 days in advance. After 10 minutes of waiting for the taxi on the day of my booking at the pre booked time, I received a text message saying there was high demand and they were trying to source a taxi. I tried calling but got an automated message.
I ended up late for my appointment and had to ask a friend for a lift
What is the point of having an app service if you can’t get a taxi to customers that are booked days in advance.
