Stopped working
After a great trial run, one sock battery stopped working the second time using the product. These socks were so comfortable and warm when they did work- just wish they lasted more than one use :(Xf2007
Great idea poor implantation.
The socks worked 1/2 the time last year and now that the app has been updated they don’t work at all. $50.00 for a pair of socks and they only worked sometimes. They won’t even connect to the app anymoreBurd81
Tricks you at first
Ignoring the poorly translated interface, upon the first few uses of the app it worked flawlessly. However, after the third or fourth use one sock continuously connects and disconnects, even though both batteries will still heat the socks when pressed manually. Not sure if it’s the software or a defective Bluetooth transmitter, but none the less it has been frustrating. I paid 60$ for these socks so I’m going to keep using them. It’s been beyond frustrating however lifting up my pants and opening the battery sleeve every time I want to change the heat setting.Show lessMicj95

The third time I used them the left sock stopped working. It won’t connect. Bothe batteries work in right sock.archer 73
Need current sock temp
Current sock temp and battery life would be nice. If sock drops below certain temp the app should send an alert. So far I love them. It’s been two hours. One sock did disconnect. Just needed to close and open app and it reconnected.westij
Just downloaded and tried app-Works perfect
After reading the negative reviews I almost did not download app as I was able to turn on and monitor the soaks without the app (lights on battery tell you temp setting). I decided to go ahead and try the app, I ignored signing up, scrolled through the tutorials and the app connected the socks. Super easy to raise or lower temperature, set timer, and even express heat.Show lessButterflydreams99

All I was able to do with the app was to turn the socks on / off and turn the temp up / down, maybe, at least that’s what the app says, hard to tell. Says you can get 14 hours out of the batteries, I got less than 4. Going to try them again on a camping trip this weekend. Regardless, back they go.PopUpSteve
