Same as others, can’t register with the app to even attempt to make it work. One reviewer mentioned the socks work without the app but I can’t figure that out either. Sending back and disappointed.Tinkertoy1

This app almost bricked my phone. Didn’t work in the first place, deleted it.

Agree with all the others. App refuses to register no matter what I do. App support takes you to a non-English website. Socks work without the app but sure would be nice if this worked as advertised.CassBell

I tried multiple times to register the app. Each time it would email me the confirmation code. When entered, it says verification failed. I tried with my cell number and it says it failed to send. I’m done with this. Returning the socks and done with it. For $50+, I’d expect better.Thankful4my2kids

Waste of time
I had high hopes for these heated socks. The app that’s required to use them is beyond disappointing and renders my purchase a complete waste of time. The app refuses to send or recognize registration credentials to any email or phone number I use. These are going back to Amazon ASAP.Seven-One
