I downloaded this app when my daughter was first born 13 weeks early as it was recommended by the neonatal unit. It was ok, nothing special, nothing that wasn’t already documented by the nurses etc. I ended up deleting the app. However, over a year later I receive an email from them promoting “baby loss awareness week” where they told me to add a virtual star in memory of my dead baby. For the creators of this app to assume my daughter is dead is not only disgusting but also deeply disturbing.
