Assumed my baby was dead!!
I downloaded this app when my daughter was first born 13 weeks early as it was recommended by the neonatal unit. It was ok, nothing special, nothing that wasn’t already documented by the nurses etc. I ended up deleting the app. However, over a year later I receive an email from them promoting “baby loss awareness week” where they told me to add a virtual star in memory of my dead baby. For the creators of this app to assume my daughter is dead is not only disgusting but also deeply disturbing.Show lessAidan akdo

This app really helped me to feel like I wasn’t on my own. Having a premmie and being in nicu can feel like such a lonely time and this app really helped meJBmumma
Pointless
The app is supposed to track your pregnancy and it won’t let my put the due date in (July 2022) , it DOES NOT DO what it supposed to. Very useless and won’t be using or recommending it.2312jmoleda

The app works best for people who are 22+ weeks pregnant, which is why it wouldn't allow you to access the app with a later due date. This is because our personalised prem baby and pregnancy content begins at 22 weeks of pregnancy. It's best to register once you are 22 weeks pregnant to get the best experience that matches your stage of pregnancy. But if you're keen to use it now, you could sign up with an earlier due date and change it later. Thanks again for giving it a try!Due date wrong
I’ve set my due date and it’s saying I’m 23 weeks when I’m nearly 26 weeks.varleyfamily5

We've now fixed this on the latest version so you shouldn't have any further problems with the due date displaying incorrectly. If you haven't got automatic updates enabled, you will need to manually update the app to access the latest version.Due date / gestation not correct?
Would be an amazing app but I have put my due date in and the app says I am 28 weeks when I am 30 weeks….? Potentially a bug - hope this is fixed!Lockjade
