WORTH IT!
Love love love this app. I’ve never been consistent with exercising and still struggle to find the motivation at times, but this app has motivated me more than anything has before. The videos are easy to follow and have great music that fits the vibe of each workout, the instructors are positive and relatable, and I especially love the ability to choose how much time I can commit to a specific workout to better fit my schedule and goals. Warmup/exercise/cooldown in one session is also fantastic. Thank you for providing this!

Not enough sets
I started the beginner program and while I like the workouts, I wish there was a way to move forward and backwards between exercises, so I can repeat for 3 sets. All the routines have 2 sets or 2 circuits which is just not enough for me to reach burnout, and I’d think that’s true for most people. I do love that there’s lots of programs to choose from and the ability to do a video or list of lifts. I just hate having to deepest circuits and would much prefer the option to do sets of 3 before moving on to the next exercise. Also was disappointed to find the cardio days weren’t even a guided workout, just a timer that says go for a walk. I already do that every day, I don’t need an app to tell me to go for a walk.

The BEST
This is the best app I’ve ever used. If you’re looking to get consistent with your workouts this is the app for you. When it was just Maddie, it was amazing… she is thorough in her explanations of each move while being encouraging and uplifting. There are workouts ranging from 5 to 45 minutes so you always have time . Workouts high and low impact Stretch and Strength Dancing … Maddie had it all… Then she brought on TWO more instructors who are incredible and teach Yoga and Barre. They both have all time frames and levels. You can also find delicious recipes (try the ricotta pancakes) all kinds of trackers and journaling prompts. I really believe that MadFit actually cares about our overall health and plain old happiness. Not just being a trendy fad diet and workout platform. I feel so good after every workout. Which I do everyday because it’s so easy to access and there’s always something I’m in the mood for. I’m stronger and more confident in my own skin than I’ve ever been. It’s all because of MadFit.

Changed my Life!
I owe so much to this app. I have been using for 2 years and I have never been stronger in my life. I have been a tennis player for 20 years and played in college. Now after giving birth to 3 children and hardly playing, I have gotten so strong that someone who has watched me play for years asked if I was on steroids! Made me laugh super hard 😂😂😂 I said nope! Just been doing 30 minute workouts 4-7 days a week of a variety of MadFit workouts and lots of yoga and walking and now I’m super ripped and mobile!

Issues after the update
I enjoy working out with this app, I love the way the work outs are taught by each trainer, I have learned techniques that any trainer at a gym taught me, I feel that I can work out with the appropriate form. However, a few weeks ago, since one update was released, the progress I had was deleted and I had to restart one challenge that I was about to finish until the update happened; it was disappointing and lately, if I do not complete a challenge within the time is set up, I have to restart the same challenge from day 1.

more payment options
i’d love to be able to use more payment options other than apple to be able to use this app. i’d totally be able to pay with paypal, but apple isn’t feasible for me. otherwise the app sounds great. just can’t pay for it this way.
This app is a life changer.
I’m enjoying lifting weights for the first time in my life and seeing results! Love how easy it is to follow along and I love that Maddie and the other trainers do the exercises with us. This is a great, user-friendly app.
Need more “Advanced” challenges
Love doing my workout within the challenge category but my level is advanced and there are only three challenges categorized as such.
Needs improvement
There are a good set of exercises on the app, however the app is missing many basic features. Unable to go to calendar and click a previous session to replay, unable to set up tomorrow’s workout or plan for next week by adding future workouts to a specific day. Search function is very bad. Unable to find previous workouts…looks like they have been removed. The app is very very basic and ends up being not worth the subscription.
