Please fix this app!!
You sell so many products that are dependent on this app yet you ignore the fact that the app is useless. Your products are fantastic, when they work, please invest the time and money on app developers that can make your products usable.
People in the aquarium hobby talk. Products become popular by word of mouth. You have great products at an affordable price but because the app renders them useless people only talk negatively about your company. Do yourself a favor and focus your efforts on app development. Look to other companies for inspiration if you have to but, for the love of fish, DO SOMETHING or your business will die.Show less77Spitfire!

My app has stopped responding you can’t get in touch with support as the link does not work so now my Aquamai can no longer be controlled, this is truly disgusting!T33tjt
Unable to login
Just bought the Aqamai light and I am unable to log in! I would really like to get my lights set up but every time I try and log in there is a connection error and it says the app is deactivated. Please fix this!laylee121998
Led light
Hard to set up and problem connect with WiFi always keep discount, I got new modern and worst mess up that light keep up old modern won’t change new one I can’t set up so don’t buy it.
I update device and chart for light on app shallow chart hard to set up time so I gave up.
Now I am stuck with 2 led light cost me over 400 dollar and hard to get customer on phone and never return email backShow lessFlatboat175

Hi, we would like more information on the problem you reported to us. Can't set the configuration to the lamp, but managed to associate it? or fails to connect the lamp and then was not even able to associate it?Can’t Connect to Network
When you go into setting then network connection. Find your router and select it. Button missing to connect to network. Pressing done button on the keyboard does nothing.

The app has been updated to work with iOS 16. The system works flawlessly now. I’m very happy with the performance.ebowers71

Complete garbage. The app doesn’t even open anymore. Even when it did open a I couldn’t change settings. The old wasn’t the best but at least it worked and I could make changes. Tried contacting support multiple times and no response. Can’t return the product so now it’s a paperweight. Should have just went with Jebao. Price point is better and the product at least works and customer support at least responds to the best of their ability even if English isn’t their first language. Never buying a hydor product for my aquarium again… Update : they let me they push out a new version of the app. It honestly only worked for a week maybe two before it took a crap again. I’m going to my jebao and try to sell it so someone else deals with this piece of junk
After logging into the device the app can’t locate the wave maker. I deleted it and try to reconnect it. At the screen where it says connect wifi it gives me an error message.Show lessPatfat91

Fix the app, people bought this wave pump specifically BECAUSE you can control it with an app, it’s been two weeks that I can’t control my pumps.Elchavo718
