The app is literal garbage. I bought the Aqamai for its “amazing customization” which I believe could be true if not for the horrible way this app is laid out. The app only lets you select presets and when you try to customize anything the tabs are so large that they take up the whole screen. I can’t demo anything because there are pop ups that prevent you from even seeing the customization underneath. Developers need to redo this entire lay out. It’s not helpful. It has been a literal waste of money to buy this pump cause I can’t do anything on the app. I try to adjust flow rates and it give me this massively zoomed in screen. I’m down $112 and these crooks made out with my money. Never buying these products again and you shouldn’t either.Jgcarranza13

I was able to connect the my wave maker to my app, however cannot make adjustments. The controls are all blown up. Using iPhone 12. Zoom isn’t active on the phone. Please fix this app.RMistry1201

For the love of god. Give me my $112 dollars back. Can’t operate anything on the app. Zero ability to make adjustments to any of the flow settings. I have a smaller aquarium and need to take the speed down a lot. Can’t do that because this app is an absolute dumpster fire!!! When you open the settings everything blows up way to big so even see what percent the flow is at. The equipment is AQAMAI KPS 4150 l/h 1050 gph. Not really going to matter based off looking at these other reviews. Your app is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
Also, before you say it. I’ve updated the app like you’ve recommended 19 other times to the other reviewers. It doesn’t fix anything. Also, I’ve tried emailing your company on the main website page. That also did not work.
I will make sure to tell everyone and I mean everyone that I know looking for this type of equipment to stay miles away from this garbage. Every time I got to my local fish store I will make sure they know not to sell this.Show lessRefund now and stay away

Since Hydor took over the app, I’m no longer able to adjust any of my modes or on any preset option.
App was good before but now completely a waste of time.

I purchased 2 of the KPM pumps per Thomas‘s review on YT. What junk! One pump is broke, the remaining pump produces weak flow and I can’t connect to the app anymore, it’s not found on my network! I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling… nothing!Spermin8or
