Awful experience
Will NOT give you the deposit matches they claim. They will to start but quickly will suddenly experience problems. The iPhone app is terrible, don’t be surprised if the game randomly sticks in automatic mode and you can’t do anything including close the app or restart your phone. Complete Scam
This app is a scam. Took “advantage” of their bonus offer and was winning for a while as I worked through the “bonus” funds. Was up $1800 and lost every single bet until I was down to $2. Little to no bonuses. Very little game selection. Issues loading games and no rewards programs like all other sites. Don’t waste your money. Use BetMGM or Little River. Beware of match requirements
I deposited $250 and I had to wager $5000 on slots or casino games and made it to about $300 left with 50 bucks of $500 of the $250 match and finally lost. Probably should get an award lol! This app is a complete joke, and so is the casino. Not sure how this is legal just stealing money from people! It’s impossible to wager $5000 just to get your $250 back to bet on a football game. The worst online experience I have had to date and I’ve used all the top services in Michigan. Do not waste your time and more importantly your money with this sham of a service. The casino sign up fee offers an immediate credit to match your deposit, but then they initiate a ridiculous multiplier of play to have any cash value that can be used in the sports book. In my case, I hit a jackpot immediately with the bonus funds, which then forced me to cycle through thousands upon thousands of wagers to convert my deposit to a cash value. Well, naturally the casino games literally turned off until I exhausted every penny forcing another deposit. After that, I literally played 7 grand over a period of 3 days with zero and I mean zero winnings; 5 grand straight without a bonus round in any game. It’s a complete sham. The Sportsbook worked fine, but limited certain wagers / payouts on exotics. Overall, a terrible decision to even try this. I only tried this because I am a CMU Alum and spent a good amount of time at soaring eagle back the 90’s. This will assure that I never set foot in there again.

Withdrawal
Stay away from their sports/casino app. No way to withdrawal your funds. After days of of talking to them over the phone, unfortunately was still not able to withdraw my funds from their app. They have all the excuses in the books to why one can’t withdraw funds from them.Maj313det

Many times I get error messages. But Two times I got an error that Internet Connection is lost, and I didn’t get the winnings credited to my account when this error pops up because I get kicked out of the game and kicked out of the app.

Not a good sports book app
Your cash deposit is lumped into your bonus money. You are forced to play your cash deposit multiple times to be able to “earn the right” to withdraw it. Most apps do this with bonus money, but this place does it with your cash deposit as well, all shows up under “Bonus”. Can’t open a new account
So I can’t open an account as a new customer because the system is not able to verify all my legal information through the state. Even if I put in my last address and the address before that with all my correct information, it’s not able to be verified. Even three customer service representatives could not help and said I’m not able to make an account through the app. I have an account through FanDuel, BetMGM and DraftKings and have not had an issue with my address or any other information.
