Garbage design and customer service
Was betting 88 cents and the max bet button is next to the spin button. If accidentally hit it moves your bet without any warning. Went from 88 cent to $88 bet with a easy to make mistake. Customer service is a wast of time. My fault my loss. Lesson is that there are better apps with better safeguards and better customer service. Try them instead!Show lesscaredwriv84
Promos don’t work right
Didn’t get the initial deposit promo. Reached out to support and they were worthless. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I have VIP with Caesars and DraftKings. Would highly recommend those sites if you want a much better user experience.EagleSuxMatt
Deposit
I used feature at the deposit at 7-Eleven because it said funds are instantly available upon deposit. Well that’s definitely not true. I have been waiting 1/2 hour for the money to be available to use. False advertisement for sure.irishfur
Never Received Promotions
When I initially signed up for an account and made my first deposit, I never received the deposit match. I called customer service and they said that I did not opt in. I didn’t even see how to opt in. So l lost out on that. I deleted the app for a couple of months. I get promos in my email often. I decided to try again because I received an email promo of “Deposit $50 get $30. I went into the app to the promo page and it wasn’t there. I then opted in from the email, which then printed me to open the app. I deposited the $50 and played until my credits ran out. I NEVER RECEIVED THE $30 CREDIT. I called support and they don’t show that I opted in. But remember the promo wasn’t a available from the app!🤬

Don’t waste your time or money
This app is impossible. There is no live chat to help you. Oh and if you withdraw your winnings, you will not win again, until they recoup what you won. You guys know what I mean, it’s one of “those” apps.Bee zoo
Awesome App
I highly recommend this app. The sign on bonus is great and you get it for your first two deposits. I had a great experience, I’ve played all the casino apps including the top ones. This app has all the top game and the payouts are good. Obviously you can’t Win all the time but I don’t feel like I’m flushing my money down the drain. The deposit and withdrawal were easy. The only downside is they don’t have PayPal but the withdrawal to my bank was fast and easy. The games don’t glitch and there is a ton to choose from. Yes there is a wagering requirement when they give you a sign on bonus but every casino app has that. DO NOT USE THIS CASINO APP
This is by far one of the worst casino apps I’ve ever used in my entire life.
1. The platform is trash. Eveything is slow, nothing is easy to find, and the platform looks like it’s from 1994.
2. One of the WORST customer support teams I’ve ever seen. I opted-in to the risk-free $1000 sports bet and lost my bet. The promotion stated you should be credited instantly or within 72 hours. It’s been 2 weeks and I still have not received my risk-feee bonus. Then when I contact customer support, they just state “the issue has been escalated to the promotion team.”
3. If you bank with Chase you’re not depositing your money in or withdrawing money out. For whatever reason they dont accept chase.
Want my advice, go use any other casino app other than this. I’ve basically dabbled in every single casino app in MI and this by FARR is the worst of the worst when it comes to casino apps. Wish I could I could give this -5 stars.Show lessFaIInAngel

The Bonus Free Spins don’t work unless you deposit more funds to your account. They were kind enough to give me $5 gaming credit for the $12 free spins that didn’t work.
