The Livy Method is the greatest program out there for weight loss, and it’s the first program I’ve found to help me lose weight and do so in a sensible and sustainable way. Based on resetting the body and the mind, Gina teaches us to feed the body well, giving it the nutrient-rich foods it needs to heal from within and let go of the excess fat, and helping us to address the mindless eating and the issues we carry associated with food that have gotten us to the point that we need this program. It’s the one and only program I recommend for weight loss!
As for the app, it has been an amazing tool to track the key components of the Livy Method. Free to all paid members of the 13-wk weight loss group, the app allows tracking of water intake, meals and snacks, daily weigh-ins, daily sleep, and daily intentions and reflections. Each iteration of the app adds features that make it more usable - the latest major update was to include all program content in the app along with a link from that content in the app to the associated post in the FB group, where members can ask questions to a team of live program specialists.
The app team is continually working to improve the app, and it shows. If there’s a glitch, the team is on it right away, pushing out an app update before I’ve even noticed a problem.
It has been amazing to be part of the Livy Loser community for the past year and a half and to see the evolution of the program delivery and the app development. Gina truly is doing everything she can to make her amazing program the best that it can be!!
