App crashes
Can’t even open it. It says loading then it just crashes. Please fix this, the telescope is useless with out the app. It worked fine until 2 days ago when you did your last update, 2.7 July 27 2023They F'ed it up big time!!

Worked great for a few times and now the app won’t even open, uninstall and reinstall still crashes before it opens. That’s why I buy off Amazon, when’s it ends up being garbage like this just return no questions askedStupididiotssssssssss

We are very sorry for the trouble we caused you, it was working before, because 2.7 did a version update prompt, which caused a bad experience for you, we have modified it now. You can try to use the latest version 2.7.1 to try.Where is the visual blackhead DZ-S1 support???
I purchased Zhiyiyoupin Visual Blackhead absorber DZ-S1 where it was showing in older versions of the app and now it’s just gone!! Please add it back as the item is useless without the app for that!!

Good so far, but it needs work
Update: PLEASE update APP soon. Right now the App crashes every time I try to view my pictures and videos. I no longer have access to them because the app keeps on crashing. What’s the point of having this telescope if we’re not able to view or access the photos or videos. Very disappointed now.JoeJMV
