Loved it until they removed the boxes
My dogs loved getting their monthly Kong box, which were well worth the money spent. Once Kong stopped sending them out, I cancelled. I used the app regularly, but without the monthly box, I lost all interest. 😢
Sad Change
I write this review after finding out there will be no more boxes after february. I loved both the app and the actual things I got out of it. The boxes were amazing and me and my dog will be missing them. Customer service A+, quality of toys and treats A+, vet help A+. Never tried their lifestyle coach thing. So yes, I give 4 stars as they will no longer be doing the monthly box. Will not to subscribing to the new version ☹️.

Ive always loved the product, but the app keeps glitching kicking me out

The app is awful. I downloaded it and it won’t even open. I deleted it and it seems like it is the only way to ‘join the club’
Great products but unstable app
I love the Kong products and the Kong club, but, over the past week, I’ve had to delete the app three times and re-download it because NOTHING happened when I tried to open the app. Disappointing.

The boxes are the absolute best! I’m so excited to get them every month! Me and my dogs love it!!
