Continuous issues
The app is awful, always running into error messages when nothing has changed, bad setup, not user friendly.
I’ve had to call customer service multiple times to fix issues, emails to customer service don’t get answered.
Randomly my login credentials won’t work and I get error messages even after resetting the password. Now my account is showing as nonexistent and it’s trying to get me to set up a new account which would mean losing all my points.
These issues have continuously made me lose out on points as my receipts are then “out of the redemption window” by the time the problem gets fixed.
When selecting rewards and using points, each redemption has to be ordered individually and there’s no way to add multiple into one order and save on the amount of envelopes being sent out.
Extremely exhausted with this app and considering just switching brands so I can actually get rewards points that work and buy from a brand that cares about their customer’s concerns and interactions.
