Great idea for an app!
It is a great idea for an app but it is not working to smoothly. It let me register but when I tried to add my older dog it keeps telling me something went wrong. So I tried to add my younger dog and stared to tell me something went wrong again but then it added him. So I retried adding my older dog and it won’t. Keeps going to something went wrong. So then I tried to capture some receipts for the food I just bought tonight and I go all the way through but it won’t register the receipt.pthan60

I spend so much money on Purina products it seems to be the product that keeps them healthy and happy without vomiting or getting sick. It’s the only affordable brand I will choose. I’ve paid more for other brands and some may not even eat it. I’ve been fostering for 5 years now, it’s very difficult to keep up with the cost of food due to the rise in cost of everything.FosterCatMom77

I have used the Purina app to get credit for my Purina purchases! I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years! And the agents I speak to about problems with the app and my redemptions are either uninformed or being told to lie! In either case it is not a good way to do business! And the quality of what used to be the BEST is no longer there! I have let Purina know by sending a can of Fancy Feast to show what I mean! I KNOW they are using sub par ingredients and it SHOWS! And the price has doubled! I want my cats to have the best I can give them and I am actively looking for another brand! I just HATE deception!Momma smoke
