Great resource for pet parents
Chewy is a terrific company. They have a huge variety of food and pet care products, including veterinary items, at competitive prices and quick delivery. If you can schedule auto ship, it lowers the prices even more and you can change the frequency really easily in the app. The app is an excellent way to order and manage your pets’ food and supplies. It makes reviewing past orders and reordering easy.

Over the years, customer service has taken care of our order and product problems quickly, efficiently, and with kindness, generosity and humor. They replace broken Items immediately. They accept returns and cancellations of auto-orders of food without conflict or making it hard to figure out. You can text, email or call them and get help at any time. They remember pet birthdays with a personalized card in the mail to your pet, and mourn the loss of your animal with you, if you tell them, in a kind an empathetic way. I still look fondly at a painted portrait of Egg, my little tuxedo cat they sent me years ago, after her passing. Time and again I am surprised by how good my purchasing experience is with Chewy for basics as well as extras. I rarely shop at retail anymore, because they are so dependable and priced so well, and I know I can count on them managing any problem with their responsible business practices .

Chewy is the best!
I have ordered all my pet supplies and food from Chewy for years and have never been dissatisfied with their products or customer service. They are always there for me and so thoughtful and kind. I love that they send birthday cards to my pets as I currently have 6 dogs and 2 cats and it is very heart warming for all of us. We recently lost 2 dogs, Daisy that was 15-1/2 years old and Domino unexpectedly at only 5 years old with kidney disease told to us by the ER vet from ingesting antifreeze as a puppy prior to us rescuing him. Both losses were devastating to us as these rescues are our children. Chewy was so kind as to send an email with their condolences. I was very touched by that and cried again. Once when I lost my 15 year old cat Oliver, they sent a dozen of the most beautiful roses I have ever seen! I cried then too. And they also sent me a Chewy ball cap and tennis ball for the pups as a thank you! Granted I do spend a lot at Chewy due to all our rescues, but they do not have to do all these extras. They are the only company I have dealt with that let’s you know they truly appreciate your business. So a HUGE THANK YOU TO CHEWY and God bless you always! We love you!

Impressed and grateful
My wife had told me about how great Chewy had been when her previous dog had passed away and that they sent a care package to her family. They mounted some of the items on their fireplace because they were very thoughtful. I just had my own experience with Chewy that I’m in awe of. I bought another large bag of puppy food for our dog on authorship and didn’t realize I needed to bump up to the adult food l. I was a month or so behind. I let the Chewy know, a real person, who was very kind and understanding. Also very efficient! They told me not to worry about shipping the dog food back, they refunded me and asked me to donate the dog food I don’t need. I find it rare that large companies are willing to take a loss on a product because I feel like there are so many people who try to rip off companies all the time. I thought it was very kind to find a creative way for customers to give back as well. We plan to give our unused dog food to someone in our community who helps take care of dogs. Haven’t had a bad experience with them yet and don’t think I’ll go anywhere else for pet things!
