Waste of Time
NO ONE CAN LOG IN TO THE APP! It’s available in my state and the website works fine, but not the app! Years of reviews of the same issue! And, they expect you to call them to troubleshoot it! Great customer service… EVERY. SINGLE. CUSTOMER. CALL AND TROUBLESHOOT.

The mobile app is not available in all states for Encompass yet, so you may be receiving this error as a result of that. I would be happy to check on this for you, if you would like, email me at DAMobileApp@NGIC.com so i can review.
