Waste of Time
The last review was 1y ago. I thought got due they had fixed it by now. I know Encompass is a smaller company (I worked as an adjuster for Farmers for 7yrs had had 1 Encompass claimant), but I switched to them when they saved me $300/mo. I knew I’d sacrifice some benefits, but gimme a break!
NO ONE CAN LOG IN TO THE APP! It’s available in my state and the website works fine, but not the app! Years of reviews of the same issue! And, they expect you to call them to troubleshoot it! Great customer service… EVERY. SINGLE. CUSTOMER. CALL AND TROUBLESHOOT.Show lessDeveloper Response

Terrible app. Does not work. Same as everyone else. Log into Web version easy, app does not let you log in with same account info.
