If I had a dollar for every time this app failed to load, I’d be able to afford my medication without insurance.
This app is essentially useless because it never even loads. And when it does load, it doesn’t provide you any useful information concerning your prescriptions.billy7527

Don’t make an app for something as important as people’s medication unless you can monitor, improve or fund upgrades. This app malfunctions every time I use it if it even loads the information at all. It’s basically unusable.harmony451
You should be embarrassed
Magellan is forcing me to use either CVS or Magellan. I chose Magellan as CVS is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Ironically enough Magellan showed that CVS isn’t bottom of the barrel, Magellan is. Wow, I barely even registered and I can’t get anything to load on my portal. The only thing that loads is error codes. I immediately deleted the app and my account. I’ll call and have her take me off my meds, I’m not dealing with this juvenile nonsense each month.
To recap, my horrible insurance chose the horrible Magellan to run their RX’s, but I’m forced to use only CVS or Magellan, no one else. It’s like the blind leading the blind.Show lessCygarbuff
Worthless app
This app might let you look at past prescriptions but it will not let you refill them. It tries to open a link in your browser, which requires you to login a second time but then goes out to lunch and never returns. Apple should delete this app from the App Store.No_duh!
Worst Medication Management App
What’s the point in this app other than to see all your meds?? My employer used to use Express Scripts until the beginning of 2022 and their app was so much more user friendly: I could see my meds, when they expired, what was due for refill, how many refills I had left, request refills, new scripts, etc. Magellan needs to take some hints..their app is garbage.Show lesssassysammy 93
Worst app ever
This app always say something went wrong try again later. Your mobile website is crap as well. You need to go back to the beginning and get someone to rebuild this. My students i advise whi study this at my university could do a better job.joytotheworld82
Unusable from an Apathetic Company
Without exaggeration, the app simply does not function. It continually shows it’s loading but nothing ever loads. I’ve tried on both cell and wifi connections and have deleted and reinstalled the app.
This is frustrating and unacceptable. It is a medication management app - it’s straightforward and less complex to build than most apps.
If you have to use Magellan because of your insurance plan then this is what you’re stuck with. Since the app doesn’t work, you can either struggle with their website (which also doesn’t load properly) OR you can call them and hope the time on hold is short.
Magellan is unnecessarily complicating access to prescription medications which people rely on to live. They are an impediment to the right to medical care.Show lessgreentreewalker-11711
WORST APP TO EVER EXIST
Absolutely disgusted with this app and health care provider. You can’t even get passed the login. This is the worst app ever. Even after turning off all the cookies and ad tracking, I still am unable to even get into my account. You sit at a loading screen forever. Do better!
