Never able to see my prescriptions
So frustrating. I have several prescriptions that are clearly visible and I can order them when I go onto my computer and use my browser. The app, using my same login and password, never said anything more than the fact that I had no prescriptions when I very clearly did. Without the ability to see my prescriptions and refill, the app is useless.Show lessAStLoVe
Useless app
Can’t order prescriptions in the app, have to sign into the website for that. Of course when you go to the website to sign in, it strongly encourages to download and use this app with severely limited functionality. It’s one thing to put a useless app out, but it is another whole level of insanity to promote it so heavily.Show lessgpalmer78
Don’t work
This app constantly does not work. It has been saying problem with data fir the past 2-3 months. Totally unusable app. Don’t waste time and login from your computer.ytggtg
A joke
This is the worst app I have ever downloaded. It has never worked. They updated it and it still won’t load. I have deleted the app and re-downloaded it several different times and it still doesn’t work. They wasted whatever money they dumped into this app. And their website doesn’t work on my iphone. Can’t login, can’t pay
I just began using Magellan in July when my husband changed jobs. I was able to get my prescription ordered by my doctor, and it was delivered. But I can’t log on to the app to pay my bill. It keeps giving an error. It’s completely useless. Not sure how I’m supposed to pay unless I mail a check. It’s 2022. Also, when I tried to manage my prescription, it kept leaving the app and going to my browser where it wouldn’t load. Then it tells me I’m supposed to disable everything protective in my browser to use their site. Ummm, no. That’s data harvesting.Show lessAmandolinG

Basically Useless
This app does not allow you to track your prescriptions after they are deemed ready. You have to call the helpline often to keep track of your prescriptions. The app gives you links that take you back to a generic browser sign on window. It’s very troublesome and basically useless.catskillshunter

This app does almost nothing. When you try to refill it sends you to their website, and then that doesn’t open properly either. It’s a joke!eunsht
