  • This app saved me

    After years of infertility I expected to be elated after my miracle rainbow baby was born- instead I felt anxious and alone and downright “crazy.” This app was a beacon of light in my darkest days. I set aside the time to listen every morning. Sometimes I had to pause or rewind, but I came to look forward to the routine. It was so helpful to hear the stories of other moms who felt the same. This app helped me understand what was happening and gave me what I needed to get better. I wish I could gift this to every new mom.

  • App is broken

    Unable to signup, questions won’t load in the beginning
  • This app felt different to others and really worked for me

    Really helpful app - I hadn’t really experienced anxiety until my baby was born but struggled with it a lot after giving birth. I’ve tried meditation apps but they didn’t really work for me. I loved how it broke the sessions down into manageable chunks and addressed a number of the different worries I had in a way that felt specific to my needs. Thank you Canopie for supporting me when I’ve needed it 🙏🏼

  • So easy to use and so helpful

    This app is so easy to use with personalised programme for you for free. It has really helped to prioritise and help improve my mental health. I would recommend it to all parents/caters.

  • Life changing - really

    This app has seriously been everything to me. I am a new mom, and totally underestimated just how this would change me. I thought it was going to be rosier. But I’ve had really hard days. Lots of tears. Lots of wondering if I could do this. I’m so glad a friend recommended Canopie because it’s been a life-saver. I use it to help me fall asleep after nighttime feedings (that’s when my anxiety seems to be the worst). I use the quick boosts when I’m spiraling. I’ve learned some really amazing ways to calm myself when I start to go into a dark place which is empowering. So even if I don’t have the app with me, I can still use the breathing techniques and practices to simmer down. Immensely grateful for this app and hope more moms discover it!

    Therapy is not an option for me, and these techniques have been a lifesaver.
  • This really helped me

    I liked how short but insightful the sessions were. A lot of insights I already take with me. There aren’t great resources for parents out there that aren’t really noisy, so I appreciate that this isn’t overwhelming.
  • Made me feel normal!

    The only thing I wish is that I had found this app sooner! Even just as I was signing up, I felt heard. The types of questions they ask show that these people really know what it’s like to be a new mom struggling.

    I’ve done therapy before, but this made the techniques so tangible and relatable to what I was going through. I’m also not a big woo woo meditation person, but I found the relaxation sessions actually worked for me!

    Really helpful aid to navigate newly becoming a parent and dealing with the emotional struggles and anxiousness. Very informative and a great support when feeling overwhelmed
