Update needed
In my opinion, this application is very, very good and easy to use, but two years ago they gave it the last update. If I'm not reading correctly, they need to update it to correct errors and security.
Do Not Use (you were warned)
As someone with plenty of experience with crypto and a dual citizen, I a whole heartedly suggest you do not use this app. Your funds will be stuck and you will not get your money back.
Generally, I usually try to give the support teams and companies the benefit of the doubt. In this case, I don’t even want to risk swaying anyone in favor of this app. Your money will be legit stuck and you have no hope of accomplishing anything with this team. The app is broken (text verification, identity verifications, PIN changes, and worst of all BTC withdrawals. Support is fully hard wired to provide pre-written responses, the same troubleshooting steps, lackluster follow up, no escalation process, and you know where I’m going. It’s an endless loop and I don’t believe it’s intentional from the company they are just extremely extremely irresponsible. It’s all very disengaged and non-chalant when your money is stuck on the platform. Have had issues with this app and team for easily 10 months or so. Thankfully invested little but was extremely concerning for me.

Un Servicio que no existe
Update!!! Finalmente después de momentos interminables y llenos de angustia loading unloading y casi un mes de contacto con el equipo de servicio sin ninguna ayuda!!!la chivo Wallet finalmente reconoció mi # con el que me registre!!! My dinero está intacto!!! Pero la confianza se perdió!!! El servicio de ayuda de chivo!! Continúa Brillando por su ausencia !!! Amigos si les funciona la chivo Wallet Felicidades!!! A mi me funciono por unos meses… Luego me bloqueo no reconoce como verdadero el # de teléfono con el que me registre!! Pido ayuda y nada!! Muy amables!!pero resultados zéro!! Mientras tanto el dinero bloqueado.. Sin saber si un día le verás el color.. Creí en esta aventura..que decepción!! Los servicios al público nunca cambiaron… Firma: un salvadoreño decepcionado 😢

Amazing solution to retrieve your stolen assets
I was impatient to carry out necessary research but I really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz. Unfortunately for me, I invested 75,700 GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 214,575 GBP within a couple of weeks. But I didn't realize I was dealing with a scam company, until I tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because I could not afford to let it go. Apart from trying to express my gratitude to them once again using this medium, I will recommend anybody who wants to recover scammed bitcoin, stolen cryptocurrency, funds lost to binary options forex, investment and any other form of online scam to reach out to RemotePundit @ gmail

Don’t use this app anymore
This app is garbage it used to worked perfectly fine. It won’t allow you to add no more than $100 to the wallet. Update: 2023 it kicks me out of the app and will not allow me to sign in again, called customer service for the past 12 days and they can’t resolve the issue saying they will call back when they have a resolution. I’m sitting here unable to use my money! Unreal! Can’t believe this is an app administrated by the El Salvador government. DO NOT USE THIS APP TO HANDLE YOUR MONEY! No mande remesas por aqui mejor usen moneygram mas seguro.

Me encanta esta Wallet. Es una de las mejores wallets de Bitcoin que hay. Ahora es muy fácil para mi mandar remesas a El Salvador y comprar Bitcoin 👏💪
Economía circular
Enviar y recibir dinero entre Chivos Wallets funciona perfecto, sin comisiones, recuerda que es un wallet custodial, si quieres enviar a billeteras externas, a veces son aprobadas las transacciones a veces no, tienes que esperar porque al parecer es hecho por un recurso humano, pero dentro de una economía circular funciona perfecta, sin comisiones y transacciones rápidas.
Una de las cosas que no está clara es acerca de los límites por transacciones, cuánto puede recibir por día?, cuántas veces puedo hacer conversión?, límites de envío etc.

Useless government app
Most important problem is when you registering to open account.
No option to change language. I just come to second question DoB and then just guess and it make me upset because cant continue because no understanding in Spanish language.
