The corruption app of the new government
By controlling the money and users registration, they can used your personal informations to misused it and who knows what other criminal activities they can do. Never trust the Salvadoran government. Most of them have walk away with millions of dollars to other countries.
Won’t accept passport information
I’m a Salvadoran native living in United States. I don’t have a DUI card but have my old passport which expired in 1993. I’m able to input the data including passport number and expiration year, but system won’t accept my info. Hopefully there will be a fix to this issue. Until then I cannot access app and start investing in El Salvador.

Phone number change
I’m having a hard time logging in after I’ve changed my phone number and updated it. This app needs some upgrades 👎🏼.
Trash please remove from App Store
It won’t let me use American banks or Salvadoran banks to reload balance so what’s the point I think they just wanted to get peoples info
Horrible App
This app is horrible, with the update they broke it for me.
After the update it kicked me out and behaved like I had never used the app. Once I was able to enter all my information it would not recognize my PIN.
I tried to reset my PIN but it would not let me because it could not authenticate my identity, the photo process always worked but the authentication fails.
I’ve been emailing and calling customer service since January 19th 2022 and as of today February 8th they have not resolved my issue, all I get from the customer service reps is that there’s a process and it takes time , for me to be patient, I’m the meantime I have not been able to access my money.
This people don’t know what they’re doing.
CSR’s can not put me in touch with some that can help me because they themselves don’t have a way of contacting the department that can help me.

No se puede crear cuenta
Ya tenía una cuenta y después de la actualización que hizo el gobierno. Ya no puedo ingresar a la cuenta, ni tampoco puedo crear una nueva. Cada vez que ingreso el número de teléfono que es un número de Canadá. Me da un mensaje que dice que el número no es válido. Es el mismo número que utilize la primera vez cuando cree la cuenta.

Que mala wallet is un robo
ME ROBARON MIL DÓLARES ASE 3 meses ahora ase una semana ya no puedo entrar a la billetera me la an blokeado con 800 dólares creo que el presidente no tiene la culpa si no las personas que tienen son personas sin profesionalismo , yo vivo en Canadá y tengo otras billetera y jamás te hacen tal cosa no se cómo le pueden serrar o bloquear la cuenta sin dar un aviso de nada es una basura está Wallet esos 30 dólares que me dieron de bonus me an salido caros No la recomiendo a nadie

canada phone numbers don’t work
has option to put canadian number but it says you have to use a “real” number when you put it in. i AM USING a real number.
