So far so good
I’ve tried other apps before when attempting to quit. But this one by far out performs all the others I’ve tried. This one goes in depth with ways to cope and tips to relieve the pains and struggles of quitting for good!!! I just pray that if I can’t do this on my own I’ll still have the courage to admit myself into a program. I can’t afford to keep losing this battle. My wife and kids need their husband and father back. Cause who I’ve been for the past few years isn’t the real person that they love and know. I’m just fortunate that they haven’t given up on me. So I can’t let them down. I have to do this for all of us!!!Show lessStrength is the only way!

This app is so so good. Sadly, I can’t fully benefit for it for they are not currently available in Utah. I hope that the whole country can benefit from this amazing app sooner than too late! This is a very very helpful tool.Pecarvs

This is going to be huge once it catches on
This is a fresh new treatment where your in the driver seat of your recovery! Affect is there to give you all the tools, support, and help you need to achieve sobriety goals as well as understanding the root cause of addiction and how to manage symptoms as well as alternative ways to cope with them. Finding solutions that really work when triggered. I been in the program going into my third month and have had great experiences and met some wonderful ladies along the way. The app does crash from time to time but it’s understandable when you have a fully servicing app that schedules meetings, dr appointments, group, as well as provide an archive of information on various related topics! Offers incentive for just being present in your own treatment with little educational challenges! I don’t have a band thing I could say about the program at least not at this point!Show lessashkee b
Rewards
Pay attention to your rewards if you’re not saving them. They say you can get 599 but when you get close it starts bouncing around and they give you all kinds of excuses. Honestly it’s uncomfortable having to even ask but getting different answers that don’t make sense makes you feel even more uncomfortable. We are leaving a lifestyle where we lie and people lie to us so reward or not, for me honesty is important. My husband already questions me and I’m supposed to get him to believe that I didn’t just cash out some of it.Show lessSouthofheaven78
Affect is it!!
This program has given me a renewed sense of hope and with the incentives, I am currently unemployed since my recent recovery and I really need that extra $10 at times. The staff is AWESOME and I am in my PJs meeting my couselor! I’d say I am WINNNING!!Tbaby2910
