Phenomenal customer service
I purchased a GL20 for my 8 year old Autistic/ADHD daughter who can sometimes become distracted in busy public places and wander off. She is also at the age where she is developing her independence. The watch is easy for her to use and gives me peace of mind when she is walking or riding home from school, or out of view in public setting. The customer care has been outstanding. We recently needed the watch repaired. There was quick email responses back and forth trying to troubleshoot the issue before it being sent back for repair. It was fixed within 24 hrs and back on her wrist 2 days later.

I just wanted to take a moment to share our fantastic experience with the KidsOClock watch! It has absolutely been the best purchase we have made for our son. He absolutely loves it and enjoys all the features it offers. One of his favorite activities is keeping track of his steps, and he's constantly trying to beat his record each day, which is just wonderful to see.
For us, as parents, it's incredibly reassuring to be able to touch base with him if he's on a playdate or if we need to change plans after school for pick up. Additionally, we have thoroughly enjoyed receiving sweet messages from him throughout the day telling us he loves us, and it's been great to send him quick messages of love as well.
The security features are top-notch, especially the ability to check his location and the fact that it blocks fraudulent numbers from calling him unsolicited. It gives us peace of mind knowing that he is safe. We also love being able to disengage the extra features during school hours.
Your Customer Service team has also been amazing and very helpful when we had trouble connecting international family members to our son's watch.
Overall, we are so happy with the entire experience and cannot wait to buy another watch for our daughter when she turns 9!

Great kids watch
We recently purchased a GL30 watch for our 8 year old. The watch is great for him as it fits his small arm well and has all the main functionality we need, without having to go to the expense of something like an Apple Watch (which is significantly more expensive). Customer service has been great and very responsive with any questions. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend to others.

Great watch for young children
We are absolutely loving our watch! We bought it for our 6yr old who is ASD and we love the peace of mind knowing that we can check him anywhere any time and make sure he hasn’t wandered off :) we love being able to let him have the freedom of use of his watch at appropriate times but also able to lock it when necessary 💙 he loves being able to get in contact with everyone that we allow. But we also love that fact nobody can contact him unless we allow it which is an amazing safety feature! It’s a great size and not too bulky even on smaller wrists. All around great watch, especially if you need to keep a closer eye on someone.

Perfect watch for kids !
I recently purchased the new model of watch for my son, He already had the older model which was great & we were very happy with it, so when it became time to replace his watch we decided to buy from kids O'clock again.
Great watch for kids with many easy-to-use functions, gives me the piece of mind to know he call me in an emergency, in addition to the GPS tracking & online security that you don't get with some other brands, love the fact you can put the watch in silent in class mode as well as add a 'Fence" all controlled from my mobile.
