app not working
I downloaded the app. It looks up the insect/ bug and the text open as technical stuff. doesn't tell me what moth/ insect whatever it is. the app is not working correctly.

This app is horrible it doesn’t identify the bugs it gives you several suggestions what it could be. You have to find it out of the suggestions. I want something that identify what kinda bug us on my plant.
Gets stuck at 75%
Paid for the year only to see that the app won’t work. Gets stuck at 75%. Need to get money back for this, no wonder they don’t offer free trial.

I am very disappointed in this app, especially since I paid for the year subscription and can’t seem to get it to identify any bugs. It identified 2 bugs in the beginning, and that was it.
Now all it does is it gets to 75% and the little circle keeps spinning and spinning and spinning and spinning. And I cannot find any business contact info to find out what is wrong or how to fix it!!
At this juncture, I am going to contact my credit card to see if I can get my money back.

Does not work
Tried the free and it didn’t work so I paid for it and still nothing. JUNK
Cannot view the insects after paying subscription
It is now the 12 October and the problem still has not been fixed. I need the splash screen to be removed as I try and expand the information of the insect found keeps coming up with subscribe, and I already have. So cannot view any insects at all please fix this issue as 10 days have passed.
