Won’t allow you to cancel without a headache
Avoid unless you want an annual subscription.
To cancel your subscription, the app forces you to write a reason. In writing a reason, it makes the keyboard come up on the screen and makes it impossible to click next. Certainly seems intentional to keep users from cancelling without a long delay in waiting for an email responded to.Show lessApp shut down????
I haven’t been able to access this app for a couple of weeks or more in spite on having a paid up subscription. Has this app shut down?Challenging to cancel
Challenging to cancel due to user interface. Won’t let you not input text, hard to make the keyboard minimize once you’ve put in text, but can’t click to move on to the next screen without the keyboard minimizing. Then it froze at the end and wouldn’t let me click anything as I was trying select unsubscribe in the end. I got the sense that this cumbersome UI for the cancellation process was purposeful to make you give up and continue to pay for their product. App isn’t actually free, as it’s only free for a short period of time unless you cancel, and cancelling was a challenge as noted above. App itself serves its purpose, but it’s expensive for what it is and how often I personally would use it.Show lessDeveloper Response
