The most horrible experience. Booked and paid for United tickets through this app and tickets were never confirmed as they were hoping to charge 120 more for carry ons andpre-purchase to board earlier . Classic overseas not customer service from India switch and bait .

Poor
The price mentioned on the app is NOT the price you’ll end up with. They have to get the price confirmed by airline and then say you can’t get money back and are forced to pay a higher rate. I was told the rate was promotional and that I could not bring anything on the flight. When I inquired about a laptop he said let me ask airline for approval. My request was denied he said! Everything is odd about this company. Will not utilize it again.
