Customer service makes me wonder how this app is even legal
I’ll be honest the trip I went on with this app was amazing, the hotel was great for the price it was and it was all legit, however when it came to getting the boarding passes for my Eurostar the customer service from this company is absolutely awful, the worst of the worst of customer service it’s awful, they give you a Ai chat bot to talk to about issues that just don’t get resolved they give you false promises on how stuff you have problems with are being resolved when in fact they aren’t, like I said the trip I went on with this guys was great by some miracle and stress I got the boarding passes I needed even when these guys cancelled my return ticket home, but due to the stress leading up to the trip it’s just not worth it, there’s better third party’s out there if that’s what any of you are after.Show lessDeveloper Response

Be careful my people never buy from This company is a nightmare save time and money The only way I’ll change my mind about the company I need a total refund of my very hard earned money
