  • Customer service makes me wonder how this app is even legal

    I’ll be honest the trip I went on with this app was amazing, the hotel was great for the price it was and it was all legit, however when it came to getting the boarding passes for my Eurostar the customer service from this company is absolutely awful, the worst of the worst of customer service it’s awful, they give you a Ai chat bot to talk to about issues that just don’t get resolved they give you false promises on how stuff you have problems with are being resolved when in fact they aren’t, like I said the trip I went on with this guys was great by some miracle and stress I got the boarding passes I needed even when these guys cancelled my return ticket home, but due to the stress leading up to the trip it’s just not worth it, there’s better third party’s out there if that’s what any of you are after.

  • Not very impressive

    This online travel agent holds onto your money for a few days after receiving payment and doesn’t pass it onto the airline. This is how they make money. You then risk of losing your booking because it hasn’t been paid for by the agent and shows as unpaid on the airline’s system. Then you will have to spend a long time trying to get your money refunded. Not easy to get through, and when you do, you may as well be speaking to a robot, because they ignore your questions and keep repeating the same thing to you as if you’re a backward child. Don’t risk your money with them.

    Flight was cancelled, was refused a refund from last minute. Tried to get a refund from the airline who also refused as it had been bought via Last minute. Tried again to get a refund or voucher from last minute. Refused a refund or voucher. Back charged my credit card and started a credit dispute, this was refused by last minute. I was then sent an email/text asking for my bank details to FINALLY give me a refund. The app and website couldn't support this, contacted customer care who said they could only offer a refund if i could offer proof i had cancelled my dispute which A) doesn’t exist and b) is a scam as theoretically if my credit dispute was still open it would close it and mean you cannot start another dispute if they once again refuse to refund you. Absolute scam company! NEVER USE AGAIN AND ILL BE TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO USE. I have also reported them to trading standards.

  • Despite some bad reviews my experience so far has been outstanding

    I found booking the holiday we chose very easy, I was a little concerned at some of the bad reviews people have posted. To date I have found my experience with LM really good. My flight was booked with them and I know Ryan Air don’t like bookings via a 3rd party. I followed all the advice given to me by staff at LM and synchronised my booking with my own personal email. LM even refunded the fee I paid for them to print off my boarding passes as I’m going to do it myself. They have given me all the right info on the steps and how to do it. I have found the service very good!

  • Scammers

    I booked the whole package (flights,transfer and hotel) for Alanya and paid in advance … surprise… surprise when i got there at 4am no room to check in to. The hotel was aware ove my arrival on 21st only even do i have paid for 20th just so i have where to sleep at 4am. Customer service will not refund me as the hotel check in policy is from 18 to 00. The lastminute app shows check in starting at 14 with no mention ove any finish time. But my question is if the hotel policy is 18 to midnight why is lastminute selling the package with the plane times like that making it impossible for you to make it on time?
    I have tried a few times to get a refund but unfortunately customer service do not hand over to each other so every time i had to explain everything from the beginning.
    I will go to court now because i ended up sleeping in the reception area for a few hours as we were not given other options. It was very embarrassing… thank you for that last minute.

  • AMAZING!!

    This people are honestly the best in the world to book a flight or holiday with!! Our flight has been cancelled and they stayed with me 3 hours on the chat till they found an alternative. Nothing was available online but they did it! We are flying back home tomorrow because of them and we don’t have to wait 5 more days like the rest of the people who booked flights straight with the airlines!! I can’t recommend them enough honestly thank you from my heart!!
