  • The best

    Feel like a slinky
  • Better than average

The app has some specific issues like audio not lining up, not queuing at all, or being wrong.

The price is rather high with comparable products, you largely are paying for access to a static (not individualized) program and a youtube library that accompanies it.

The program itself is well done, it yields results for people that don’t rely on PEDs, but is also quite tedious and hard to get through long term.

  • Great workouts

App is solid. Great workouts. I’m enjoying it very much.
  • Have to create an Account

Really wanted to try this but having to create an account is a no go. Selling info, spamming, always ulterior motives…willing to buy classes etc., but needing to give personal info makes it fishy.
  • Good structure and easy to follow

Love the option of being able to swap specific exercises within the program if you don’t have access to the current equipment, or if you simply prefer to do something harder or easier.
  • Love Tom

I really enjoy his content, and am grateful for how he has taken the opportunity to invest in his craft. Blessings,
    Max
  • A phenomenal app

Every program is very well structured, and has a very comprehensible progression. There’s tons of variety and you feel like you have a roadmap to master any bodyweight skill you want. Glad I finally pulled the trigger and subscribed.
  • Personalized Support

Tom is great. I emailed BW support regarding a program question and he answered it personally and thoughtfully. Rare in the day and age.
  • Easy to follow along

The app is easy to follow along. I just wish for stretches that are 1 minute long, but you switch sides at 30 seconds there was a slight ding so you can switch without having to look at the app.
  • First Week Down

After one week of using this app, I can only say good things. Informative, structured, and very well designed with the user in mind. I have ADHD and it is hard for me to build/stick to workout regiments. There is a lot of freedom here to build that out, but great info on the site on where to start. I’m excited to see where it takes me. 100% worth it.
