  • Exceptionally good app

    I’ve been dipping my toes in and out of body weight training for a while but because of the amount of research required to build an effective plan, I always reverted back to boring full weight training or worse, fatness.

    The variety of workouts and programmes coupled with Toms perfect instruction makes finding an effective, varied and enjoyable workout a doddle.

    I feel strong, pain free and nimble.

  • Good content, really convenient form

    After two pregnancies and a pandemic I’m really starting from zero on my strength. I’ve been doing the very beginner at home program and enjoy that it’s easy to use the app on the phone and that you can trade out the individual exercises in a set if you need to make the workout harder or easier.
  • Body Weight Warrior App is great!

    Really easy to use! Creative exercises that really work your whole body.
  • Great workouts

    I’ve been enjoying the free workouts. They are challenging for me and include some different moves than traditional workouts I had been doing. Will probably opt in for the premium version soon.
  • Amazing for flexibility and strength

    I have seen amazing progress with my flexibility since starting to do some of the programs on this app. Really good variety of training focusing on functionality which has been very beneficial to different aspects of my training!
  • Great app that can improve!

    App is more made for mobile phone than a tablet. Also, slightly buggy when altering orientation. This can all be improved upon, but the content and spirit are top notch.
  • Bodyweight Warrior - excellent app

    Tom and the Bodyweight Warrier app is so clear, easy and progressive to follow. Just right for those who are happy to work out at home. Really enjoying it.
  • Great app but crashes

    The app has been helpful in tracking my workouts but it’s very frustrating when you switch briefly to another app and lose your progress in your current session. Also, after completing 5 programs, you have to remove your progress to make room for new programs.
  • Great content some display issues

    The exercises and programming is great. Getting it to work in landscape mode under iOS 15 is fiddly and can involve opening and closing the app once or twice. Some display firm issues and obscured text where it overflows the frame.
  • Been training "with" Tom for 2 years

    My journey with Tom Merrick's training has been just perfect. Never seen big results on my body after years of gym and his programs changed my body completely, it has been 2 years now and I am so happy with the workouts he has created and how I look now!
