Unable to use app

I got the younger you book, which is great. The book mentions how great the app is to use. I downloaded the app and you have to email the company or go to the website to receive login information. I emailed the company and it came back undeliverable and the website has no information about how to obtain login information. Therefore, the app is useless to me.

Impossible to cancel your subscription

Difficult to cancel your subscription and you cant do this in the app - the app's help centre goes through to an error message. I emailed the company more than a month ago to cancel and received no response. Today they've gone ahead and charged me. Im not sure anyone is managing this app.

Unable to login

The app does not allow you to log in. It takes you to a log-on page for registered users. I deleted the app. I believe users are required to create an account for the app on the 3YY website, which is not intuitive or explained anywhere

Can’t access the app

I downloaded this app and tried to “ get started” setting up an account with email and password and was told it was wrong. How? It’s the first time I’m setting it up. Deleting this app until you can fix these bugs.

Continue to get notifications from app but unable to setup account login. No place to write the developers, not even on this platform.

Unable to login

I downloaded the app, was told to enter login information, but was never given the option to set up account.
I entered my email address, was told that an email was sent for password reset, and never received it. I am at a loss as to how to use the app.

Downloaded the app but it is asking me to log in. There is no option to create an account
