Ring is decent when it works! App is the main issue at the moment. Stuff won’t work when you click on it… live measurement won’t work any longer… alarm is broken… sleep on measures when it wants to. Useless until customer service actually helps me.A couple bug appeared for me
Hi team! Love my ring and all the support you guys bring!
I just got some little bug popping up since last update:
- I have alarm creating on it’s on for 5p.m
- the first tab giving me some great infos disappeared…not the Kira’s one, not the stat one but the first.

Thank you for your support ! 🙌🏻 It is normal that you don't see that first tab no more, it is because you finished your "calibration period". But you can find calibration help and advices in the section "advanced profile". 😉Do not buy this product
First, I’ve been waiting 2 years. Received one but it was wrong size. Sent it back a month ago and nothing. They have no customer service, no response and are horrible. It looks like a great idea but you have better luck purchasing a unicorn.Awsumpersn

For my ring 10 days ago. The update with the green LED is great. When will the Apple health integration be implemented? I also hope that the battery will last longer.chrisswl

Pros:
13 inch ring fits wells and is comfortable
Heart rate works well and is within a 2-5% of using Apple Watch by itself and with a Chest HR Band for low/at rest readings.
Ring does not take long to charge
Circular Sleep HR was pretty close to the Withings Sleep Pad I been using for tracking Sleep stages and HR.
The Alarm feature is nice with he vibration and smart snooze.
Cons:
General
It takes about 10-15 seconds for the ring to be recognized by the app and then I have to pull down on the screen to sync the data properly. This should be automatic and quick.
Performance Mode drains battery faster than expected
I do not see the temperature readings
I am not sure how to activate sports mode since it says it automatically triggers but there is no guidance on that.
There should be an easier way to do Eco, Performance, and Sports mode like the other Quick Access Options
Washing hands you have to take of the ring, mainly because water and soap get caught under the interchangeable ring case.
No smart phone button integration, which I hope comes soon once Beta is completed.
Sleep
Hassle with having to use Eco vs Performance Mode for sleep details
The ring thinks a person is asleep if to still , I was considered napping for almost 1.5 hours because I was sitting down playing video games.
Sleep Stages about 10-25% off from Apple Watch and Withing Sleep Pad were are almost identical within 5%
Activity
Heart rate does not work well for high active exercise/activity. I was mowing my lawn with my chest heart rate sync to my Apple Watch and got a max heart rate of 165 but the circular , in performance mode, only read my heart rate at a max of 95 bpm for the entire day so far.
The gyroscope is not that great - right now I am almost at 8,270 in Apple Watch and 4,375 on Circular Ring
I know certain measurements take 4, 7 or 14 days to build references so hopefully I will get more once those are established. This ring has taken 2.5 years to make and the app should not be this poor in design even for a beta. I just lost the ability to
