    I am getting daily notifications about 24/7 support. I cannot turn it off without turning off all notifications.

    Great app but re-login is frustrating. Isnt there a method that could be deployed to limit the number of times one has to login. It happens almost every week that the credentials are lost.
  • LATEST VERSION on iPad (1.11.9) fixes problem

    And finally, version 1.11.9 of 8 April 2024 has fixed the problem of the missing data flow on the iPad. This has restored my faith in the App Developers and as a consequence I am happy to give the App my 5* seal of approval. Thank you.

    Can someone fix the issue whereby the app install on an iPhone displays different information to that on an iPad which shows no information re battery charge,consumption etc. Surely the info should mimic through the cloud what is on the iPhone? This issue I see was logged over 1 month ago by other users and as such your current star rating is 2.5 is terrible and will be doing nothing to assist in you selling your systems. It will be interesting to see if anyone from Sunsynk posts a reply.

  • Crappy new app

    Apart from The fact that the app is always down, this new one which copies the website is a downgrade. I can barely see the numbers now. So disappointing
  • What a horrible UI!

    We’ve just had our Sunsynk batteries installed, and Jesus what a horrible UI! It’s in absolutely no way intuitive. It seems to give you absolutely loads of information without actually telling you what you want or need to know.

    Please guys, less is more. Look at the MyEnergi or Vaillant apps for the level of detail end users need to have access to and how to present it. At the moment the app is just an absolute soup of information and data that doesn’t intuitively flow in to each other.

  • New Bugs in March 24 Update - workaround

    For those having issues with the power flow display try completely closing down the app and restart it. This fixes the display on my iPhone. Note that you may have to pull the screen down to ‘refresh’ and get the animation going but once this has been done the app seems to work ok for a while.

    It’s a bug - it will get fixed. Sunsynk systems are brilliant and once the app is sorted it will be back on top as one of the best you can get.

  • Bug fix problem

    No idea what bug the latest bug fix 1.14 was to correct . But For some reason the overview screen had been changed from version 1.10 . Not a good change for me . Before the change the equipment overview screen showing power flow etc had yellow images now all the four images are transparent and the screen is less clear than before. As the previous reviewer i have an iphone and the power flow screen keeps showing zero figures . I’ve raised a ticket and reached out to the help desk but at the moment i’m left with an app where the the zero power screen issue remains unresolved

  • Recent issues

    It would seem that in improving the app to provide more details and functions, it has resulted in a loss of use on many occasions and caused issues with the inverter time which has resulted in battery charging issues. Recent update early March 2024 has left us iPad users with out any power flow data whatsoever, let alone the new details of MPPT which was added to the app. Whilst users have complained of new font visibility with the upgrade - and had a resolution applied it would seem - those of us who don’t actually have function, seem to be left out with out a resolution.

    The new version I can not see the power flow on phone. Too small the letters and numbers
